Section 13(11) in The Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019
(11)Death or culling of certified animal shall be informed to the Animal Breeding Regulatory Authority forthwith with a copy of report stating therein the cause of death and frozen semen stock available of that animal at the time of the death of the animal.
