Section 6(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(2)If the Registrar finds that any one of the conditions laid down in subsection (1) is not satisfied, he shall, after giving such of the applicants, as may be prescribed, an opportunity of being heard, communicate the order of refusal togetherwith the reasons thereof, within sixty days from the submission of the application.
