Section 41(1)(a) in The Standards Of Weights And Measures Act, 1976

(a)it is not required to be dismantled before its despatch to the transferee State and is not likely to loss its accuracy by reason of such despatch, it shall be known, for the purposes of this Chapter, as a weight or measure of the first category;
