10. Meetings of the Board.
- (i) Ordinary Meetings. - The Board shall meet not less than thrice a year, but four months shall not intervene between two successive meetings.(ii)Special Meetings. - The Chairman may at any time, and shall upon the requisition made by not less than one-third of the members of the Board other than the ex-officio members, and on a date not more than twenty-one days of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Board.(iii)Twenty-one days' notice shall be given for ordinary meetings of the Board and ten days' notice for special meetings.
