2. Learned counsel for the respondents referring to the judgment/order dated 26.04.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.6603 of 2023 and states that judgment/order passed in OA No.342 of Page 1 of 2 CP No. 56 of 2022 2011 has been set aside by the Hon'ble High Court. Thus, the proceedings of this contempt petition are liable to be closed and notices issued to the respondents may be discharged.
3. Since the judgment/order passed in the aforesaid OA has been set aside by the Hon'ble High Court, the contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
4. All associated MAs also stand disposed of.
