Section 81(4) in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
(4)For the purpose of enabling any document to be served on the owner of any property, the Jodhpur Development Commissioner or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf, may, by notice in writing, require the occupier, if any, of the property to state the name and address of the owner thereof.
