WHEREAS the above named through his Advocate SRI.GUNDALA SIVA PRASADA REDDY presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No. 7 and '9 in publishing showcasing Television Real Game Show in the name of BIGG BOSS since last 5 years namely BIGG BOSS 6 this year without any censorship causing promoting obscene, vulgarity, violence, encouraging illegal, anti-moral activities, abusive behavior as most appreciated: and admired way of life misleading, misguiding children and young citizenry;especially women, taking advantage of vulnerable age and minds of children and-young citizens, luring young artist to perform illegitimate, abnormal acts and violation of guidelines of IBF (Indian Broadcasting Foundation) in the name of fame and money in short period of time, thus causing harm to society as arbitrary, illegal and set aside the same.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing .the arguments of SRI.GUNDALA SIVA PRASADA REDDY Advocate for Petitioner, Sri.N.Harinath, Deputy Solicitor General, for Respondent Nos.1 & 3 learned Government Pleader for Home for Respondent Nos.2, 4 to 6 and of Sri T.Srinivas Advocate for Respondent No.10, directed issue of notice to the Respondents, herein to show. cause as to why this W.P.(PIL} should not be admitted.
