Section 36(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Executive Council and shall be a whole-time officer of the University. The terms and conditions of service of the Finance Officer shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.
