1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
- 1.1 These Regulations shall be called the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Renewable Purchase Obligation and REC framework Implementation) Regulations, 2011.1.2These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.1.3These Regulations shall come into force from the date of notification in the Chhattisgarh Gazette (Rajpatra).
