Sri B. K. Rai, learned counsel holding brief of Sri J.B. Singh, appearing for the petitioner association states that the petitioner will file fresh application before the Greater Noida Authority raising its grievance regarding incomplete external development and prays that the said representation be directed to be decided.

Smt. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Greater Noida Authority submits that the members of the association were raising illegal constructions and they were issued notices. They also approached this Court by filing Writ-C No. 25132 of 2022 and Writ-C No.20850 of 2022 which had been disposed of by this Court. She states that the petitioner association has not made any representationregarding incomplete external development. She further states that in the event, any such representation is filed in this behalf, the Authority will pass a speaking order on the same.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file fresh representation before the Authority regarding alleged incomplete external development alongwith true attested copy of the instant order. In the event any such representation is made, same shall be decided by the Authority by passing a speaking order within next four weeks.

This is without prejudice to the proceedings which may be pending against the individual members of the petitioner Association in relation to any commercial activity or illegal constructions carried out/made by them.
