Cases of the kind alluded to above, in which the proceedings of one Court are submitted for the confirmation or orders of another, will, like cases committed to the Sessions, find entry in the returns of both Courts. The persons concerned will appear in, the returns of the referring Courts, not as convicted, but as "referred". In this returns of the Courts receiving the references, they will be shown as convicted, acquitted, etc., according to the result of the reference in each case, or as "Pending" if orders have not been passed on it.Duration of Cases
