                “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA,
                Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “The Petals Beauty Parlour and
                SPA” at 11/1, R.P.Complex, Puthu Thottam Main Street, Palladam Road,
                Tiruppur 641 604 by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated
                27.05.2022.

                                                   ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a “No Objection Certificate” to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of “The Petals Beauty Parlour and SPA” at 11/1, R.P.Complex, Puthu Thottam Main Street, Palladam Road, Tiruppur 641 604 by passing order on the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondents police are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
