Section 415(1) in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
(1)Any regulation which may be made by the Corporation under this Act, may also be made by the State Government within one year of the establishment of the Corporation; and any regulation so made may be altered or rescinded by the Corporation in the exercise of its powers under this Act.
