18. Fee for settlement of disputes under section 11(2).
- Application under sub-section (2) of section 11 for referring the dispute to the competent authority, shall be accompanied by a fee of rupees two per square metre of the covered area of the apartment subject to a minimum of two hundred rupees in the form of a demand draft drawn on any Scheduled Bank in favour of the competent authority.
