Section 72(1) in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
(1)The provisions of the rule 71 shall not apply to any person who produces at the polling station an election duty certificate in Form-12B and seeks permission to cast his vote at that polling station although it is different from the one where he is entitled to vote.
