(1)If the State Government is of the opinion that police force is required by a committee on whole-time basis for a specified period exceeding one month for carrying out the purposes of this Act, it may, on an application made by the committee through the Deputy Commissioner, in this behalf, provide such police force.(2)The committee shall pay the expenses incurred by the State Government in respect of the police force provided under sub-section (1).
