(3)The [Directors] [This word was substituted for the word 'members', by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 7 (1) (w.e.f. 01-07-1986).] of the Corporation nominated under clause (b), (c) or (d) of subsection (1) of Section 4 shall be entitled to draw such honorarium of compensatory allowance for the purpose of meeting the personal expenditure in attending the meetings of the Corporation or [of any Committee thereof or in doing or for performing any work connected with the functions of the Corporation which may be specially entrusted to them by the Corporation or by any Committee thereof] [These words were substituted for the words 'of any Committee thereunder or appointed in connection with the work undertaken by or for the Corporation', by Gujarat 11 of 1986, Section 7 (3) (w.e.f. 01-07-1986).] as may be prescribed.
