Section 46 in The M.P. Prakoshtha Swamitva Rules, 1976
46. Investment. - The Association may invest or deposit its funds in one or more of the following :-
(a)in the Central Co-operative Bank or in the State Co-operative Bank; or(b)in any of the securities specified in Section 20 of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882; or(c)in any Co-operative Bank other than those referred to in clause (a) of the bye-law or any banking company approved for this purpose by the Association.
