- When any sale in execution of decree of a civil court is conducted by a Collector, a fee shall be payable by way of poundage on the full amount of the purchase money at 1 per cent.The fee payable shall be deducted by the Collector from the sum deposited under Order XXI, Rule 84 of the Code by the purchaser, and shall be credited to Government.
