Section 10(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)Every institution shall provide for the necessary medical facilities so as to ensure that-(a)regular facilities are available for the medical treatment(b)arrangements are made for the immunization coverage; and(c)a system is evolved for referral of cases with deteriorating health or serious cases to the nearest civil hospital or recognised treatment centres.
