Section 14 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
14. Recognition of agricultural qualifications.
(1)The agricultural qualifications granted by the agricultural institutions in the State of Tamil Nadu which are included in the Schedule shall be recognized agricultural qualifications for the purposes of this Act.(2)Any agricultural institution in the State of Tamil Nadu which grants an agricultural qualification not included in the Schedule may apply to the Government to have such qualification recognized and the Government, after consulting the Council, may by notification, amend the Schedule, so as to include such institution and such qualification therein when granted after a specified date.
