Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Fishermen and Labourers Engaged in Fishing and Other Allied Activities (Social Security and Welfare) Act, 2007
(1)The Government may by notification by means of a Scheme provide for the registration of members subject to such conditions as may be provided therein and make provisions for the purpose of ensuring social security and welfare of the fishermen and labourers engaged in fishing and other allied activities.
