Section 7(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Protection of Medical Service Personnel and Medical Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage Or Loss of Property) Act, 2019
(1)No court other than First class magistrate shall take cognizance of and try an offence under this Act.
