Section 17(1) in Rajasthan Municipalities (Purchase of Materials and Contracts) Rules, 1974
(1)the form of notice inviting tenders, tender form, conditions of tender and contract and form of agreement for purchase of material or goods as prescribed in Appendix XVI of the Rajasthan General Financial Accounts Rules shall be applicable mutatis mutandis.
