Section 24E in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
24E. Grant of video-cinema licence.
- The licensing authority after receipt of application, on being satisfied that all the necessary requirements under the rules have been complied with, may grant a video-cinema licence to the applicant on such terms and conditions and subject to such restrictions as the licensing authority may determine. The video-cinema licence shall be in Form D-2.
