14. Access to certain registers.
- For the purpose of preparing any electoral roll or deciding any claim or objection to such roll, the Returning Officer or his authorised representative shall have access to any register or record maintained by the management of any industrial establishment or the Trade Union which is concerned with the election, and it shall be the duty of the person in charge of such register or records to give to the said officer or representative such information and such extracts from the registers or records as he may require.
