(6)The non-teaching whole-time employees of the Raiganj College (University College) shall have an option either to be absorbed in the University along with the privileges enjoyed by them immediately preceding the date of coming into effect of this Act, or to remain the employees of the North Bengal University provided such option is exercised not later than three months from the date of coming into effect of this Act.
