The matter has been heard through video conferencing. IA No. 3915/2020 is a fallout of the order dated 06.05.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jayant Nath. In my opinion, it would be appropriate that this application be heard by the same Bench.
Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that she has filed a reply to IA No. 3915/2020. However, the same is not on record. Learned counsel shall check up the same with the registry and take steps to have the same placed on record.
