Section 1 in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan [Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology Udaipur Act] [Substituted and amended by Act No. 18 of 2000.], 2000.(2)It shall extend to Udaipur, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar, Bundi and Sirohi districts.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1st day of November, 1999.
