Section 32 in The Jammu and Kashmir Collection of Statistics Act, 2010
32. Overriding effect.
- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force except in relation to the conduct of human population census as per the directions, if any, issued under the Census Act, 1948.
