Section 141(4)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016

(a)A member who is in any way, directly or indirectly, interested in a transaction or project of the Authority shall disclose the nature his interest at the first meeting of the Authority at which he is present after the relevant facts have come to his knowledge.
