ORAL ORDER
8 04-12-2018It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that Patna High Court CWJC No.13823 of 2017(8) dt.04-12-2018 7/7 selection process has not been done properly and the Board has granted wrong marks as well as it is not tally with the marks mentioned in the OMR sheet vis-a-vis result published. It has further been submitted that even the persons not qualified have been selected, which has been denied by the Board and it has been submitted that the process has been done properly and in accordance with law and there is no anomaly in conducting the same and any person can verify the process that has been adopted in the OMR.
In order to resolve this dispute, let the Board produce OMR sheet and mark-sheet of selected candidates before this Court on the next date of hearing.
Let this case be listed on 17.01.2019 at the top of the list for further hearing.
