18. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Board or the Chairman, Member-Secretary, or any member of the Board or Committee or any other officer's of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this is Act, or any scheme or any rule or order made thereunder.
