(2)The [registers] [Substituted for the words 'register' and 'through' by Punjab Act 53 of 1953.] shall be submitted [by] [Substituted for the words 'register and [through' by Punjab Act 53 of 1953.] the committee to the Board within such period after the commencement of this Act as the Board may direct.
