Section 8(3) in National Security (Rajasthan Condition of Detention) Order, 1980
(3)Amounts in excess of those prescribed in sub-clause (1) may be received by the Superintendent on behalf of the detenus but they shall not be spent in any months beyond the limits laid down in the said sub-clause.
