74. [ Indemnity for acts done in good faith. [Substituted by Section 8 of M.P. Act No. 25 of 1983.]
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any public servant for anything done in good faith or omitted to be done likewise, under this Act or the rules or orders made thereunder.]
