Section 19(2) in The Motor Vehicles (Driving) Regulations, 2017
(2)A driver shall slow down when approaching a railway crossing and shall.i. not park the vehicle within the barriers of a railway crossing;ii. not overtake within the barriers of a railway crossing; andiii. keep to the left of the roadway.
