Section 15(1)(iii) in The Jammu and Kashmir Bhudan Yagna Act, 1960

(iii)declare the duties, powers and functions of the Board under this Act shall, for the period for which it has been dissolved, be discharged, exercised and performed by such person or authority and subject to such restrictions as may be specified there in.
