Section 21(2)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984

(b)stoppage or diminution of the supply of water where such stoppage or diminution is due to
(i)any cause beyond the control of the authority in charge of the Irrigation system;
(ii)the execution of any repairs, alterations or additions to the irrigation system;
(iii)any measures considered necessary by the Irrigation Officer for regulating the proper flow of water in the field channel or for maintaining the established courser of irrigation, or iv) Circumstances mentioned in clauses (a) to (f) of sub- section(1)
