1. The application is for transfer of proceedings in matrimonial matter commenced at the instance of husband before the Additional District Judge, Ferozepur to the District Court at Karnal. The petitioner pleads indigence to undertake the distance of visiting the Court to Ferozepur from the place of her residence which is about 400 kms away from the said court. Although the respondent has been served is not put in appearance to contest the petitioner's claim. The grounds stated are sufficient for transfer the application.
2. The case pending between the parties before the Additional District Court at Ferozepur is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to District Court at Karnal. Application is allowed.
3. The parties shall appear before the District Court at Karnal on 08.09.2012.
