Section 15(1) in A.P. Domestic, Irrigation and Industrial Water Grid Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2018
(1)Whoever willfully obstructs any person in doing any of the acts authorized under sections 5, 7 or as the case may be, section 8 or willfully fills up, destroys, damages or displaces any trench or mark made under section 5 or willfully does anything prohibited under the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 9, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months or fine or both;
