/495In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (9) of section 70 and sub-section (1) and clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 177 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), the Central Electricity Authority, after following the procedure of previous publication in accordance with Electricity (Procedure for Previous Publication) Rules, 2005, makes the following regulations, namely:-
