Section 43(1) in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
(1)The right conferred on an institution by approval may be withdrawn or suspended for any period by the Executive Council if the institution has failed to observe any condition of its approval or the work assigned to it is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interest of education, or the teacher recognised by the University leaves the institution.
