Section 22(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Modification of Provisions in their Application to the Scheduled Areas) Rules, 2011
(1)Gram Panchayat shall exercise all the powers of Assistant Registrar as per the provisions of the Rajasthan Money Lenders Act, 1963 (Act No. 1of 1964);.
