9. Filling up of vacancy.
(1)On occurrence of any vacancy in the office of the Executive Chairperson due to death, resignation or any other reason, the same shall be filled in by the Chairperson by nominating a person in the manner provided in section 5.(2)On occurrence of any vacancy in the office of the member due to death, resignation or any other reason, the same shall be filled in by the State Government by appointing or, as the case may be, nominating a person in the manner provided in section 5.
