(3)All rules made under this Act shall be published in the [Official Gazette] [The words 'Official Gazette' were subsumed for the words 'Bombay Government Gazette' by the Adaptation of Indian Laws Order in Council.] and shall thereupon have effect as if enacted in this Act.
