Section 16(c) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(c)Grant for the purchase or replacement of bus shall not exceed 25% of the controlled price of the bus. Replacement will normally be allowed after an interval of at least 10 years. Such grant will ordinarily be considered only for Girls institutions and Montessory schools and preference will be given to institutions situated in cities or away from residential localities.
