Section 3(1) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(1)There shall be established a University by name "the Kerala University of Health Sciences", which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of the Act, to acquire and hold property, to contract and shall, by the said name sue and be sued.
