Section 56(ii) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(ii)The canteen referred to in sub-rule (i) shall consist of a dining hall with furniture sufficient to accommodate building workers using such canteen, a kitchen, a storeroom, pantry and washing places separately for building workers and for utensils and shall be sufficiently lighted at all times when any person has access to it.
