Section 82(5) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(5)Every order passed by the [Registrar] [The words 'Co-operative Authority', the word; 'Registrar' is substituted by the Goa Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2009.] or order passed by the Co-operative Tribunal shall be executed in the same manner as a decree of a Civil Court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908).
